Are your Agents known as a REALTORS®?
YES! Assist2Sell Agents are members of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Florida Association of REALTORS®. In addition, they participate in the Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Service, which enables access to detailed information about homes for sale which is not generally available to the public.
How will you represent me?
Let our agents explain the different types of representation available. Assist2Sell Agents can offer the same representation options as traditional agents. In North Florida, many real estate brokerages operate as Transaction Brokers.
Is there a Cost to help me Purchase a Home?
No! Enjoy the benefits of working with an experienced real estate professional at no cost to you. Sellers pay for our services while you enjoy the assistance you need to buy your home.
Do you only show homes in your inventory?
No! We work with our Buyers to determine their needs and cross reference that across our current inventory of homes. If a Buyer does not match our inventory, we’ll search for a match by including the Multiple Listing Service and (subject to availability) an expanded selection of homes NOT listed in the Multiple Listing Service.
Do you offer in-house Financing Assistance?
No, but we can still help you through the complicated financing maze. We work closely with top lenders who can help you find the loan program that best meets your needs.
Do you work with New Construction?
Yes! We can assist a Buyer with any type of residential purchase they desire to make. North Florida has many new housing developments and we can help you narrow the choices to the ones that best suit your needs.
